Shipping & Delivery
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 - 3 business days and you will receive a further email when the package has been sent.
We use a combination of Australia Post and Courier and this is dependant on the nature of the product. We also have a local pickup option from Hawthorn (Victoria, 3122) at an agreed time. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange this after purchase.
We aim to make the shipping as simple for you as possible to avoid any unexpected surprises. Our flat rate shipping structure is as follows:
- Standard Delivery within Australia: $9.95
- Express Delivery within Australia: $14.95
- Bulky product shipping within Victoria: $15.00
- Bulky product shipping all other states in Australia: $20.00
- Extra bulky shipping in all states of Australia: $40.00 (when two or more bulky items are purchased in one order).
We are happy to offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $100.00 AUD (excluding bulky items) and this will be applied at checkout when using discount code FREESHIP100.
Bulky items are sent via the most economical and safe means and this is Australia Post or Courier.
If you require your order urgently, please get in touch and we will do our best to make it happen!
We offer international shipping for non-bulky orders at a flat rate of $20.00 AUD. Please note Pretty Snippets is not responsible for any import taxes that may be applied by customs.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be thrilled with your order and there are some important points to note regarding our range.
Much of our new range is handmade and therefore each item is unique and there may be slight differences between products. This is the nature of handmade goods and not considered a fault.
Vintage and preloved items have their condition clearly shown in the images and/or description. Please carefully consider the condition of these items prior to purchasing. If you have any further queries regarding a specific product please contact us.
If you feel there is a fault in your order please contact us on email@example.com and we will endeavour to fix it for you via a return or exchange as soon as possible.
We are happy to accept returns within 7 days of purchase (excluding delivery costs). All return products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.
